Venue: GAUTENG CLASSIC & EQUIPPED AND EQUIPPED 3 LIFT CHAMPS will be held at SASCOC Olympic House in Melrose
Schedule: Saturday 24th January – All Classic Bench, Sunday 25th January Equipped 3 Lift and Equipped Bench as part of 3 lift comp
Entry Fee: R650 for 1 competition, R100 per additional competition (eg Classic Bench + Equipped Bench = R650 + R100. Classic Bench + Equipped 3 Lift + Equipped Bench = R650 + R100 + R100) R300 for a comp t-shirt (optional).
Closing Date – Preliminary entries: Wednesday 14th January 2026
Closing Date – Final entries: Sunday 18th January 2026 (midnight)
Payment must be made, in full, before final entries.
